"For the past 3 years, this home has been perfect for us! For those who love the finer things in life, this townhome is a must for you! I still can’t get over how beautiful the kitchen is with the cherry cabinets, hardwood floors, crown molding and stainless steel appliances! And to top it all off, we were able to enjoy it even more on the weekends since our yard is maintained by our HOA. We love to entertain, and the separate living room and bonus room have been a major plus in this home – perfect for sports games and movie night – at the same time! The patio off the bonus room and covered porches off the kitchen and master bedroom have been great for morning coffee and outdoor meals, something we are definitely going to miss! The large master bedroom features 2 walk-in closets with plenty of storage space something that is hard to find!

The neighborhood is full of beautifully landscaped areas and even a grassy open area that backs to our home. It is conveniently located just minutes away from major highways, but is still in a quiet neighborhood. We will miss our home and all the wonderful neighbors. The location has changed since we moved in and now offers all the conveniences of shopping, restaurants, and quick access to RTP, Raleigh, and the airport."
